Drake is a veteran of many wars, but was forced to escape the Imperial Guard when faced with summary execution due to the murder of a fellow soldier. He went back home to Sinophia, where he joined the local organized crime, the Undertow. The Rag Court assigned him to the protection of the Acolytes during their mission in Sinophia Magna.
