Life was a dream for Meghera on the Paradise planet of Quaddis. Member of an important family, she had no worries, and enjoyed the luxury of her father's estate. Too bad her older brother got embroiled with gambling issues, bringing shame to the family, and the attention of the Administratum.
Eventually it was discovered that the Zane family had been having illegal dealings off-world, and the family fell from grace. Disappointed, Meghera joined the Administratum, who recognized her natural attitudes, and trained her in deadly arts. All in preparation for her introduction to the Inquisitorium.
